MLB – The Royals Beat The Tigers In Game Two Of 3 Game Series

The Detroit Tigers lost their third in a row when they fell to the Kansas City Royals, 3 to 1, last night at Comerica Park.

Despite the loss, Michael Fulmer pitched well.

Fulmer went 8 innings, giving up 3 runs on 8 hits, striking out 6, and walking none.

Catcher James McCann drove in the Tigers’ only run, with an RBI single in the bottom of the 4th inning that scored center fielder Mikie Mahtook.

Miguel Cabrera and Victor Martinez each had two hits for the Tigers.

 

The Series wraps up tonight at Comerica Park.

Anibal Sanchez will take the mound for the Tigers and the Royals will start Ian Kennedy.

Game time is 7:10.
