The Negaunee Miner girls hosted the Gladstone Braves this Tuesday in their basketball season opener. The Miners lead at the half 30 to 26 but the Braves fought back through the second half to take the win 55 to 44. The Miners will head to Manistique on Friday to take on the Emeralds.
