College Basketball – The Michigan Wolverines Go To The Elite Eight

The Michigan Wolverines advanced to the Elite Eight round of the NCAA Tournament, with a 99 to 72 win over taxes A&M, last night, in Los Angeles.

Guard Muhammad Ali Abdur-Rahkman lead the Wolverines to the win with a game-high 24 points.

This is the third time in the last six years that Michigan has advanced to the Elite Eight.

The Wolverines will take on Florida State for the West Regional title tomorrow night.

The Seminoles upset Gonzaga, 75 to 60.

Last night’s other NCAA Tournament games saw Loyola of Chicago upset Nevada, 69 to 68 and Kansas State shocked Kentucky, 61 to 58.
