NHL – The Detroit Red Wings Beat The Pittsburgh Penguins

Posted on March 28, 2018 in Professional Sports News.

The Detroit Red Wings won for just the second time in their last 15 games.

They defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins, 5 to 2, last night at Little Caesars’ Arena.

It was a milestone night for Nicklas Kronwall.

The veteran Defenseman scored his 400th career point in the NHL on a goal that tied the game late in the first period.

Also; G.M. Ken Holland wouldn’t confirm reports that surfaced yesterday that indicated that he and Head Coach Jeff Blashill would be returning to the Red Wings next season.

Holland said to reporters after the game that the question would be answered by ownership ‘very soon’.
