The Westwood Patriots hosted Negaunee on Friday night with the Patriots coming out on top by a final score of 49 to 42. The first half went back and forth with the Miners matching most the baskets put up by Westwood. The score going into the second half was 29 to 24. The second half saw a push from the Negaunee offense closing the gap to only 3 points with moments left in the game. Two free throws for the Patriots sealed the deal to make it a 49 to 42 win.
