Golden State Beats The Denver Nuggets – NBA Playoff News

One team is headed home and the first Game Seven of the NBA playoffs has been set.

The Warriors held off a late rally from the Nuggets to pull out a 92-88 win at ORACLE Arena in Game Six to advance to the Western Conference semifinals.    Steph Curry led the way with 22 points and eight assists.

Golden State will play the Spurs in the next round.

Brooklyn was able to sneak past the Bulls on the road, 95-92, to force a Game Seven at the Barclays Center.

It is the second elimination game in-a-row Chicago has lost. Joe Johnson, Deron Williams and Brook Lopez each scored 17 points.     The deciding game is on Saturday.


Tonight, there are four crucial Game Six’s. The Knicks take their third shot at closing out the Celtics at the TD Garden.

New York clings to a 3-2 lead after winning the first three games.

Houston joins Boston as they try to erase a 3-0 deficit against the Thunder. Oklahoma City will attempt to avoid returning home for a Game Seven.

Indiana tries to become the first team to win a road game in its series with the Hawks. The Pacers lead 3-2, winning all three games at home, but losing both games in Atlanta.

Memphis and Los Angles square off at the FedExForum.

The Grizzlies lead the series 3-2. The two teams played a seven-game series in the first round last season.
