The Heat beat the Chicago Bulls, 94-91, in Game Five of their Eastern semifinals behind 23 points, eight assists and seven rebounds from LeBron James.
Carlos Boozer had 26 points and 14 boards for Chicago.
Also in a Game Five, the Grizzlies snuck past the Oklahoma City Thunder, 88-84, in their West semis.
Zach Randolph totaled 28 points and 14 reboundss in the win.
Tonight, the Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks tip-off in Game Five of their best-of-seven East semifinals.
The Pacers are up 3-1, with the winner of that series moving on to face the Heat.
The San Antonio Spurs and Golden State Warriors meet in Game Six of their West semifinals.
The winner of the series gets Memphis in the conference finals.
