Andy Dalton threw for 280 yards and a touchdown as the Bengals picked up a 20-10 win over the Steelers at Paul Brown Stadium.
Dalton hit rookie Giovani Bernard on a 27-yard TD strike midway through the third and the defense stifled Pittsburgh from there.
Bernard also ran for 38 yards and a score while Benjarvus Green-Ellis totaled 75 yards on the ground.
The Bengals bounced back from a season-opening loss in Chicago to improve to 1-and-1.
Ben Roethlisberger threw for 251 yards with a touchdown and interception in defeat.
Felix Jones had 37 of the Steelers’ 44 total rushing yards.
Pittsburgh is 0-and-2 for the first time since 2002.
