MLB – The Detroit Tigers Play The Boston Red Sox In Game Three Today – The Dodgers Beat The Cardinals Last Night

The Detroit Tigers and Boston Red Sox resume their American League Championship Series this afternoon with Game Three at Comerica Park.

Game time is for 4:00 p.m.

Detroit and Boston are tied at one game apiece in the best-of-seven series.

This afternoon, Justin Verlander takes the mound for Detroit, while Boston counters with John Lackey.


Yasiel Puig brought his trademark exuberance and emotion as the Dodgers picked up a 3-0 win over the Cardinals in Game Three of the NLCS.

Puig went 2-for-3 with an RBI, while Hanley Ramirez played through a fractured rib injury and went 2-for-4 and drove in a run.

Hyun-Jin Ryu picked up the win throwing seven shutout innings opposite Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright.

Los Angeles trails 2-1 and will try to even up the series tonight.

The Game Four pitching matchup features Ricky Nolasco for LA and Lance Lynn for the Cards.
