MLB – The World Series Goes Back To Boston For Game Six

Posted on October 30, 2013 in Professional Sports News.

The World Series shifts back to Boston as the Red Sox and Cardinals play Game Six tonight at Fenway Park.

The Sox took a three-games-to-two lead in the best-of-seven series with a 3-1 win in Monday’s Game Five in St. Louis.

John Lackey will start tonight for Boston, while St. Louis counters with rookie Michael Wacha (WAH-kuh).

It’s a rematch of Game Two, which resulted in a 4-2 Cardinals’ win.

The Red Sox are looking to clinch their first World Series title at home since 1918 against the Cubs.

If the Cardinals win tonight, the Sox will host a deciding Game Seven on Thursday.
