Derick Brassard hit the game-winner early in overtime to lift the New York Rangers to a 4-3 win over the Detroit Red Wings at Madison Square Garden last night.
Tomas Tatar found the back of the net on a power play with 7.7-seconds left in the third to tie it at three-all.
Jakub Kindl and Daniel Cleary scored 13 seconds apart in the second to tie the game at two for Detroit, who have lost three straight.
Jonas Gustavsson had 26 saves in the loss.
The Red Wings take on New Jersey tomorrow.
