The NFL Playoffs continue on Sunday with two conference championship games.
The winners of these games will play in the Super Bowl on February 4th .
In the AFC Championship game the Jacksonville Jaguars will travel to New England to play Tom Brady and the Patriots.
The kick off is set for 3:00.
In the NFC Championship game the Philadelphia Eagles host the Minnesota Vikings.
Kick off is set for 6:40.
