Jason Hanson kicked a 45-yard field goal in overtime to lift the Detroit Lions past the Philadelphia Eagles, 23-20 yesterday afternoon in Philly.

The Lions scored 10 points in the final three-plus minutes to tie the game, capped off by a Hanson field goal with three seconds left in regulation that forced OT.

Matthew Stafford threw for 311 yards with a TD and an interception and also ran in for a score for Detroit, which snapped a three-game skid and improved to 2-and-3.

Calvin Johnson had six catches for 135 yards in the victory.
