Pistons beat Blazers

Seven players scored in double figures as the Detroit Pistons beat the Portland Trail Blazers, 108-101 last night at the Palace.

Brandon Knight led the way with 26 points and six rebounds for Detroit, who has won four-of-seven after starting the season 0-and-8.

Greg Monroe added 20 points and 10 rebounds while Kyle Singler had 16 points and 10 rebounds in the win.

LaMarcus Aldridge posted 32 points and 10 rebounds to lead Portland, which has dropped three of its last four.

Wesley Matthews had 19 points and Damian Lillard added 12 points and seven assists for the Blazers.

The Pistons, now 4-and-11, host the Phoenix Suns tomorrow night.
