The Detroit Red Wings dropped their sixth game in a row with a 5-2 loss to the Anaheim Ducks last night at the Joe Louis Arena.
Tomas Jurco scored the first goal of his NHL career to put Detroit ahead 1-0 in the first period, but Anaheim scored five straight before Danny Cleary got a goal late in the third period.
Jonas Gustavsson stopped eight of the 11 shots on goal he faced before he was pulled in the first and Petr Mrazek gave up two goals on 19 shots in relief.
The Wings host the Calgary Flames tomorrow night.
