The fifth-ranked Michigan State Spartans let a 17-point lead slip away in the second half and went to overtime before handing number-three Ohio State its first loss of the year.
The Spartans beat the Buckeyes 72-to-68 last night at the Breslin Center.
Keith Appling led MSU with 20 points, Adreian Payne added 18 and Gary Harris contributed 13.
Michigan State is now 14-1 overall and 3-0 in Big Ten play. They host Minnesota on Saturday.
