NHL – The Detroit Red Wings Beat The Carolina Hurricanes

The Detroit Red Wings beat the Carolina Hurricanes 3-2 last night in the regular season home finale at the Joe Louis Arena.

Henrik Zetterberg, Gustav Nyquist and Pavel Datsyuk all scored for Detroit.

Jimmy Howard made 30 saves in the win.

The win gives the Wings 97 points, which puts them in the sixth playoff spot in the East with 2 games remaining.

The Wings play against the Canadiens in Montreal tomorrow night.
