Miguel Cabrera hit two home runs and drove in four as the Detroit Tigers dropped the Cleveland Indians 8-5 at Progressive Field yesterday afternoon.
Cabrera finished 4-for-4 and J.D. Martinez added a solo shot and three RBIs on a three-hit night.
Kyle Lobstein picked up the win with five-innings of three-run ball and Joakim Soria notched the save.
The Tigers start the season at 6-and-0 for the first time since 1985.
Detroit visits the Pittsburgh Pirates for a three-game interleague series beginning this afternoon.
First pitch is 1:35 p.m.
Anibal Sanchez will take the mound for the Tigers, up against Gerrit Cole of the Pirates.
