Team USA has advanced to the Final at the Women’s World Cup.
The Americans scored twice in the second half to notch a 2-0 win over Germany in the semifinals in Montreal.
Carli Lloyd opened the scoring on a penalty kick in the 69th minute.
Lloyd then assisted on Kelley O’Hara’s goal in the 84th minute.
The Americans have allowed only one goal through six matches in the tournament.
The U.S. will next face either Japan or England, who will square off in the other semifinal tonight.
The championship match will take place in Vancouver on Sunday.
