MLB – The Detroit Tiger’s Season Resumes On Friday

Posted on July 16, 2015 in Professional Sports News.

The Detroit Tigers return from the All-Star break tomorrow night starting with a seven-game home stand.

They open up with the first of three versus the Orioles, with a four-game series against the Mariners after that.

Anibal Sanchez gets the start on Friday followed by David Price and Justin Verlander.

The rest of the rotation has not yet been set.

The Tigers sit at .500 as they get set for the stretch run.

At 44-and-44 Detroit is nine games behind the Royals for first place in the AL Central Division.

They’re only three-and-a-half games back of the Astros for the second Wild Card spot in the American League.
