PGA – There’s A Three-way Tie For The Lead At The British Open

Posted on July 20, 2015 in Professional Sports News.

It’s a three-way tie for the lead after three rounds of the weather-delayed British Open.

Irish amateur Paul Dunne carded a six-under 66 yesterday at St. Andrews and is tied for the lead at 12-under with Australia’s Jason Day and South African Louis Oosthuizen (OOST-hay-zen).

Jordan Spieth also shot a 66 and is one shot back at 11-under.

He’s trying to become the first man to win the year’s first three majors since Ben Hogan in 1953.

Padraig Harrington is next at 10-under and then several players are three shots back including Zach Johnson, Danny Willett and Robert Streb.

The final round will be played Monday.
