Barring a last minute settlement, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s challenge of his four-game Deflategate suspension goes before a judge today.
The federal judge in the case has been urging the sides to settle.
The NFL suspended Brady four games after deciding that he was generally aware that team employees deflated Patriot footballs to gain a competitive edge.
Brady claims that he had no knowledge or involvement in the deflating of footballs.
