MLB – The Detroit Tigers Split The Doubleheader With The Cleveland Indians

J.D. Martinez went 3-for-5 with three RBIs as the Tigers earned a doubleheader split with the Indians, taking game two 9-2 Sunday night.

Drew VerHagen got his first major league win in relief.

Justin Verlander took the loss as the Indians won the opener 7-2 Sunday afternoon.

The Tigers take on the Twins in Minnesota tonight.

Kyle Lobstein will take the mound for Detroit, up against Tyler Duffey of the Twins.

First pitch is 8:10 p.m.
