NFL – The Packers And The Lions Play On Sunday – The Broncos Beat The Chiefs

The Broncos scored two touchdowns in a nine-second span late in the fourth quarter to pull out an improbable 31-24 win over the Chiefs in Kansas City.

After Emmanuel Sanders’ 19-yard touchdown catch with 36 seconds left tied the game, Bradley Roby returned a Jamaal Charles fumble 21 yards for a score on the next play from scrimmage to give Denver the lead.

Peyton Manning threw for 256 yards, three touchdowns and an interception as Denver improved to 2-and-0.

Charles rushed for 125 yards and a score, but fumbled twice.

Alex Smith was just 16-of-25 for 191 yards and two interceptions for KC, who dropped to 1-and-1.
