MLB – The Kansas City Royals Take A 2 Game Lead In The World Series

Johnny Cueto pitched a two-hitter as the Royals beat the Mets 7-1 to take a 2-0 lead in the World Series.

Lucas Duda had both hits for New York, including an RBI single in the fourth inning that put the Mets up 1-0 before Kansas City scored four times in the fifth against Jacob DeGrom.

Game 3 is Friday night at Citi Field with Yordano Ventura scheduled to get the ball for the Royals against Mets rookie Noah Syndergaard.
