Posted on October 30, 2015 in Professional Sports News.

The World Series shifts to the “Big Apple” for Game Three tonight between the Royals and Mets.

Kansas City has a two-games-to-none lead in the best-of-seven matchup after taking the first two games at home.

Johnny Cueto outdueled Jacob deGrom for a 7-1 win in Game Two after the Royals won the first game 5-4 in a 14-inning marathon.
Yordano Ventura takes the mound tonight for the Royals, while the Mets counter with Noah Syndergaard.

First pitch from Citi Field is set for 8:07 p.m. Eastern.

The last team to come back from an 0-2 deficit to win the Fall Classic was the New York Yankees against the Atlanta Braves in 1996.
