The Pacers finally got their first win of the season beating the Pistons, 94-82, at The Palace of Auburn Hills behind 16 points, nine rebounds and six assists from Paul George.
Andre Drummond had his second 20-20 game of the season with 25 points and 29 rebounds.
Detroit held the Pacers to nine points in the fourth quarter, but could only muster 15 of their own.
The Pistons are 3-and-1 and begin a six-game western road trip Friday in Phoenix.
