NASCAR – Jimmie Johnson Wins At Texas

Posted on November 9, 2015 in Professional Sports News.

Jimmie Johnson won his fourth consecutive fall race at Texas, taking the lead with three laps to go after Brad Keselowski had led for a track-record 312 of 334 laps.

Keselowski failed to hold the lead after the final restart in a race he felt he needed to win to get one of the four spots in the Chase for the Sprint Cup championship finale in two weeks.

Three spots are up for grabs at Phoenix in the last race before the Nov. 22 finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway, with Jeff Gordon the only driver locked into a spot.
