The Buffalo Bills held off the New York Jets, 22-17, on “Thursday Night Football” at MetLife Stadium.
Buffalo jumped out to a 22-3 lead behind a Duke Williams fumble recovery for a touchdown on a kickoff and Karlos Williams’ 26-yard TD reception from Tyrod Taylor.
Ryan Fitzpatrick threw two TD passes, one to Eric Decker and the other to Brandon Marshall to cut the lead to five.
Fitzpatrick also threw two interceptions.
Both AFC East teams are now 5-and-4.
