NHL – The Red Wings Winning Streak Snapped

The Red Wings four game winning streak was snapped with a 4-2 loss to the Kings in Los Angeles last night.

Tomas Tatar and Alexey Marchenko each had a goal for Detroit in the first period to take a 2-1 lead, but Los Angeles scored three unanswered goals, two on the power play and one in an empty net, to seal the win.

Jimmy Howard stopped 27 shots in the loss.

The Wings wrap up a six game road trip Thursday night against the Coyotes in Phoenix.
