NBA – The Bulls Beat The Pistons

Pau Gasol dominated in the middle to the tune of 31 points and 12 rebounds as the Bulls beat the Pistons 111-101 at The Palace Monday afternoon.

Derrick Rose contributed 20 points, and Jimmy Butler added 16 points and nine assists for Chicago.

Reggie Jackson and Ersan Ilyasova each had 19 points to pace the Pistons.

Ilyasova also grabbed 11 rebounds, while Andre Drummond delivered 13 points and 16 boards.

Detroit was just 5-of-26 from three for 19.2-percent.

The Pistons, 22-and-19 on the season, are back in action Wednesday when they embark on a four-game road trip with a stop in Houston.
