The Pistons fell to the Pelicans 115-99 in New Orleans Thursday night.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope led Detroit with 23 points, Brandon Jennings added 20 points and Andre Drummond had 19 points and grabbed 22 rebounds.
Tyreke Evans had 22 points and 10 assists for the Pelicans, who raced to a 72-53 halftime lead and never allowed Detroit to get closer than nine points the rest of the way.
The 23-and-20 Pistons continue their four-game road trip against the Nuggets in Denver tomorrow.
