NHL – The Red Wings Are In Tampa Tonight

Posted on February 3, 2016 in Professional Sports News.

The Red Wings are in Tampa tonight to skate against the Lightning in their first action following the All-Star break.

The puck drops at 8:00 p.m.

Detroit is in third place in the Atlantic with 58 points, behind Tampa Bay and the division leading Florida Panthers.

The Wings are bringing a few extra fans to Florida, as several players’ mothers are taking part in the road trip.

For many years, the Red Wings have taken their fathers on an annual road trip during the regular season and this marks the first time the moms get to travel with their sons.

The Wings wrap up their two-game road trip as they visit the Panthers tomorrow night.
