NBA – The Shorthanded Pistons Lose To The Denver Nuggets

The shorthanded Pistons lost to the Denver Nuggets 103-92 at The Palace Wednesday night.

Marcus Morris led Detroit with 19 points, Andre Drummond had 15 points and 17 rebounds and Brandon Jennings contributed 16 points.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope missed his fourth game in a row with a core muscle strain and Ersan Ilyasova (ER-san eel-ya-SO-va) and Reggie Jackson were out of the lineup because of illness.

The Pistons retired 2004 NBA Finals MVP Chauncey Billups’ number one jersey at halftime.

Detroit is off for the All Star break until next Friday when they visit Washington.
