MLB – The Tigers Lose In A Shootout

The Tigers lost in a shootout to the Los Angeles angels, 11 to 9, last night in Anaheim.

Angels’ designated hitter C.J. Crone delivered the game’s critical hit – a walk-off two run home run in the bottom of the 9th inning.

Reliever Mark Lowe took the loss, after giving up crone’s game- winning blast.

The Tigers will wrap the series and the road trip tonight.

Michael Fulmer will take the mound for the Tigers and Matt Shoemaker will start for the Angels.

Game time is at 7:05.


The Tigers have a make-up game tomorrow at Comerica Park.

The New York Yankees come to town.

Matt Boyd of the Tigers will go up against Michael Pineda for New York.
