MLB – The Tigers Win In The 10th

Posted on June 8, 2016 in Professional Sports News.

The Tigers extended their winning streak to 5… they edged past the Toronto Blue Jays, 3 to 2, last night at Comerica Park.

Second Baseman Ian Kinsler had the game’s biggest hit……an RBI single in the bottom of the 10th inning that scored Justin Upton with the game-winning run.

Left-hander Matt Boyd got the start and held the jays’ offense to just one run – while walking five – over five- and-a-third innings.

The Tigers and the Blue Jays will wrap up the series with a day game today.

R.A. Dickey will start for the Jays and Jordan Zimmermann will go for the Tigers.

Game time is 1:10.
