MLB – The Tigers Get Another Shut-Out Win

Tigers right-hander Michael Fulmer pitched the first complete-game shutout of his career to take the rubber match of a three-game series against the Rangers, 7-0, yesterday afternoon at Globe Life Park.

It was his tenth win of the season.

Fullmer gave up four hits while striking out nine and walking none.

The Tigers had some good offensive power was well, hitting four home runs.

Victor Martinez, Ian Kinsler, J.D. Martinez, and Miguel Cabrera each hit home runs.

All in all the Tigers banged out 13 hits.

Tonight the Tigers start a three-game series with the Kansas City Royals at Comerica Park.

Daniel Norris will take the mound for Detroit and Kansas City will send out Ian Kennedy.

Game time is 7:10.
