NHL – The Red Wings May Not Be Good Enough To Contend This Year

It may be a revealing comment from Red Wings’ general manager Ken Holland, when he said yesterday that he doesn’t believe that the team is a ‘Stanley Cup’ contender for next season.

Holland admitted that there are ‘a lot of questions’ about the Red Wings, who head into next season without all-star center Pavel Datsyuk, who decided to return to Russia with his family earlier this year.
