MLB – The Tigers Beat The White Sox Again

Make it seven wins in the last nine games for the Tigers after they doubled up on the Chicago White Sox 8 to 4 last night at Comerica Park.

In his major league debut Jacoby Jones had two hits and drove in a pair of runs to help lead the Tiger’s offensive attack.

Ian Kinsler hit a home run in the 5th and J.D. Martinez hit a home run in the 7th.

Over all the Tigers knocked out 11 hits.

Daniel Norris started for the Tigers.

He went five innings, giving up three runs on six hits while striking out four and walking three.

Bruce Rondon got the win in relief by pitching one scoreless inning.


The series wraps up this afternoon in Detroit.

Justin Verlander will start for the Tigers and Chris Sale goes to the mound for Chicago.

Game time is 1:10.
